Atlanta Property Group (APG) owns and operates value-oriented office buildings in three markets and is one of the largest owners in Atlanta.

Formed in 2003, we specialize in operating well-located, management-intensive, multi-tenant office buildings. We currently own or operate 17 assets totaling 3.4 million square feet.

APG consistently and materially outperforms our peers, due to several unique characteristics: a strong brand, proven proprietary leasing and operations strategies, market presence, and extensive local relationships. Together, these have enabled us to exploit the inefficiency of the value-office market and generate compelling risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Reporting and Accounting: We partner with some of the largest and most sophisticated owners of U.S. real estate and are accustomed to producing the high-quality, accurate, timely reporting these partners demand.

Fully Integrated Platform: We perform leasing, property management, construction management, asset management and accounting services for our Atlanta portfolio, and very actively asset manage best-in-class service providers in other markets. This vertical integration allows for internally streamlined communication, seamless execution for tenants, and disciplined expense control.

Atlanta Market Presence: APG owns and operates a 1.9 million square foot office portfolio in Atlanta and manages and/or leases another 1.0 million square feet for third party clients, maintaining a presence in all major submarkets. We have completed more than 900 lease transactions since January 2012 (including new leases, renewals and expansions).

Relationships: Because of our focus on a single-asset class, we work with a broad swath of local tenants, brokers, vendors, and contractors, fostering valuable relationships across the industry.
