Atlanta Property Group is a real estate investment firm that owns and operates office and industrial properties in the Southeast, with a focus on reducing the carbon footprint in the built environment. The Atlanta-based firm owns or operates nearly 3 million square feet in 12 assets and has a growing third-party leasing and management business.

Austin Chase joined Atlanta Property Group in 2012 and oversees the firm’s leasing platform. During his time at APG, Austin and his team have completed over 850 transactions totaling over $390 million in new rental income.

Prior to joining APG, Austin spent eight years with Lavista Associates, where he represented institutional and local landlords and established a track record developing and executing successful real estate leasing plans. He employed his experience, market knowledge and solid business and community relationships to lease a variety of office assets, including suburban mid-rise buildings, low-rise business parks, and mixed-use developments. He has experience in all phases of the leasing process from financial analysis through lease negotiations.

Austin earned a BBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a graduate of Woodward Academy in Atlanta. He is a multiyear member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and has been recognized as a Costar “Power Broker”. He is a native of Atlanta and now lives in Brookwood Hills with his wife, Meredith, and their two children.

Joe Crawford joined Atlanta Property Group in 2012 and oversees the property management of several APG-owned and third party properties. During his time with APG, Joe has been instrumental in developing the firm’s property management teams to successfully execute the strategic plan for each asset.

Prior to joining Atlanta Property Group, Joe was employed by The Shopping Center Group as Property Manager. During his six years at TSCG, he managed several large-scale institutional investments in Atlanta, and throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic markets. He also served on the company’s new business development team.

Joe serves on the Young Executive Board of the Atlanta Police Foundation. Additionally, he has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Joe received a BBA from Auburn University. He is a native of Atlanta and lives in East Cobb with his wife Katie and their two sons.

Shep joined Atlanta Property Group in 2011 and oversees the firm’s day-to-day functions with a focus on investment activity and portfolio performance. During his time at APG, he has been involved in principal transactions totaling nearly $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining APG in 2011, he spent four years in the commercial mortgage banking industry working in the Atlanta office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of BB&T. While there, he was involved in over $350 million of closed debt transactions with various capital sources, including life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, and commercial banks.

Shep Dinos earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is an active member of NAIOP, where he previously served as President of the Georgia Chapter, and is a member of a National Forum. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Cancer Support Community in Atlanta.

Shep is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in Chattahoochee Hills with his wife, Elaine, and their three sons.

Jimmy earned a BBA in Finance, and an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He holds real estate brokerage licenses in Georgia and South Carolina. He is a native of Atlanta and lives in Milton.

Wesley is a native of Atlanta and lives in Covington with his wife, Bridgette, and their two daughters.

Robert Pavese joined Atlanta Property Group in 2009 and oversees the firm’s accounting, human resources, information technology, and investor reporting.

Prior to joining APG in 2009, he spent four years with Vornado Realty Trust. While at New York-based Vornado, Robert served as the Financial Reporting Manager for the Vornado/Charles E. Smith (Washington DC) division. His responsibilities included overseeing the financial reporting for over 80 properties in the Washington, DC area, totaling over 18 million SF of office, retail and residential properties. He also worked on setting up the accounting for all newly acquired properties within the DC portfolio.

Robert earned a B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and received his M.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University. He is a native of New Jersey and currently lives in Canton with his wife, Rebecca, and their two daughters.

Jonathan Rodbell co-founded Atlanta Property Group in 2003. He focuses on strategic initiatives including capital relationships and lowering the carbon footprint of the firm's portfolio.

Prior to forming APG, Jonathan served four years as Vice President of Apex Supply Company, a distributor of building materials, which was founded by the Rodbell family in 1949 and acquired by The Home Depot in 2000. Jonathan began his career in the acquisition departments of JMB Realty and Lazar Fréres Real Estate Investors in Chicago and New York, respectively.

Jonathan earned a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools, where he remains involved as an active parent. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Executive Committee of the Buckhead Coalition, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

He has served on the boards of Camp Sunshine and the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, as has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s (AIPAC) New Leadership Network. Jonathan is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in Buckhead with his wife, Heather, and their two sons.

Court Thomas co-founded Atlanta Property Group in 2003. He focuses on strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on new business opportunities, industry relationships, and medical office investments.

Prior to forming APG, he spent five years with Lowe Enterprises, Inc. acquiring office and industrial properties on behalf of pension fund clients. Prior to Lowe, he worked with GE Capital and The Brookdale Group. In total, Court has helped to execute more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions over the course of his career.

Court earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business; as a Trustee of the Children’sHealthcare of Atlanta Foundation; and as Vice Chairman of the HUB404 Conservancy.

He is an active member of NAIOP, where he previously served as Chair of the Entrepreneurial Investment and Development Forum. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Court is a native of Atlanta and lives in Buckhead with his wife, Kristin. They have three sons.
